In today’s video, I go over a quick sequence of yoga poses you can do, while sitting.
This is perfect if you’ve got any issues that make it difficult for you get down and up from the ground.
Or, you might: spend lots of time working at a desk; travelling for long stretches, while seated.
Either way, this sequence will give you a good stretch, while working your core.
